Product Overview
SendOnTime is a WhatsApp scheduling app for planning messages and Status updates in one browser-based product. It runs scheduled actions through the WhatsApp account you link, so your phone or browser does not need to stay open. The linked account must remain connected when each scheduled action is due.
Workflow
How the App Runs
When a confirmed item becomes due, SendOnTime’s server system executes the scheduled action through your linked WhatsApp account.

Your Linked Account
Connect the WhatsApp account you want to use. Scheduled messages are sent and scheduled Status updates are published through that account.

After You Schedule
Choose the Message or Status module, prepare the content, and set its date and time. After confirmation, your phone or browser does not need to stay open when the item becomes due.
The dashboard lets you review the Message and Status items you have planned. It shows the schedule and visible item states; it does not indicate whether a message was read or how many people viewed a Status update.

If WhatsApp Disconnects
If the linked WhatsApp account is disconnected when an item is due, that item is marked Failed. Failed items are not retried automatically, so keep the connection active before important scheduled items become due.
