  • 1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our platform.

  • 2. Services

    SendOnTime.io provides scheduling tools for WhatsApp messages and statuses, including:

    • Sending to one or multiple recipients
    • Attaching media (files, voice, etc.)
    • Setting repeat schedules or delays
    • Importing contacts via Google (with your consent) We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time.

    You may sign up via email/password, WhatsApp number, or Google login.

  • 3. Account Registration

    You are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate and complete registration information
    • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
    • All activity under your account

  • 4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use SendOnTime.io to:

    • Send spam, abusive, illegal, or deceptive content
    • Distribute pornography, gambling, hate speech, or political content
    • Violate local or UAE laws

    • Reverse-engineer or disrupt platform services Violations may result

    in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

  • 5. Payments and Subscriptions

    • Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal
    • You are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan
    • All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless legally required
    • Trial periods (if offered) convert automatically unless canceled

    It is your responsibility to manage your billing and cancellation before renewal dates.

  • 6. Information We Collect

    We collect the following information when you interact with SendOnTime.io:

    • Your name and email address (via Google Sign-In or manual registration)
    • Message scheduling details (e.g., content, recipients, media attachments)
    • Google Contacts, only when you explicitly grant permission
    • Technical data such as browser type, IP address, and device info (for security and analytics)

  • 7. Google Contacts Access

    Our app uses the Google Contacts API only when explicitly authorized by the user.

    You are asked to sign in with Google each time you:

    • Import contacts into your dashboard from your Google account
    • Export newly created contacts from SendOnTime.io to your Google Contacts
    • We do not store or persist Google access tokens. All contact access is session-based and user-initiated.
    • We never read, write, or share contact information without your active interaction .

    • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
