and reminders even when you’re offline.
- Account Info :name, email, and login identifiers (via manual registration or Single Sign-On through Google, Facebook, Apple, LinkedIn, or Microsoft).
- Scheduling Data :message/status content, recipients, media attachments, timing/repeat settings.
- Trial/Billing Meta :plan type, trial start/end timestamps, renewal status. We do not store sensitive payment data; Stripe/PayPal handle it.
- Google Contacts :Only when you explicitly grant permission.
- WhatsApp Contacts (optional) :only when you explicitly grant permission within the app.
- Technical Data :browser type, IP address, device info, cookies, and basic analytics for security and performance.
- WhatsApp number (if used for sign-up).

- Access is session-based and user-initiated.
- We never read, write, or share contact information without your active interaction.
- Imported WhatsApp or Google contacts are displayed in your dashboard solely for scheduling purposes.
- You can revoke Google access via Google Account permissions and WhatsApp contact data by deleting it from your account.
- Encryption in transit and at rest

- Regular security updates and access controls
- No storage of full payment card data (handled by Stripe/PayPal)
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share Google or WhatsApp contact data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., secure infrastructure providers) under strict confidentiality.
- Disclosures may occur if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
- Account and scheduling data are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal/accounting requirements.
- Google and WhatsApp contacts are retained only as long as they are present in your account.
- If you disconnect integrations or request deletion, associated contact data is permanently deleted.
